Post concrete aggregates consist mostly of sand with a little cement mixed in charged by recycled plastics; it is the ratio of sand to cement that distinguishes one type from another. With better ratios, such as 1:3, comes a stronger material that can be used for a variety of purposes such as in flooring, paving and walling.
